First taught in 1975, this meditation known as the meditation to prevent aging utilizes The Mul Mantra. The Mul Mantra is the very root of kundalini yoga. "Ek Ong Kar, Sat Nam, Karta Purkh, Nirbhao, Nirvair, Akal Moorat, Ajoonee, Saibhang, Gur Prasad, Jaap. Aad such jugaad such, haibhee such, Nanak Hosee bhee such." In this particular meditation it is chanted in a different manner than usual. Each part is extended and chanted on one breath. It is also sometimes referred to by practitioners as The Long Mul Mantra Meditation.
